1. Production Time

  • Trolley Cabinet: Minimum 2 weeks after design completion.
  • Bottle Lampshade: Minimum 1 week after design completion.
  • Sodacoo Sparkling Water Machine: Minimum 1 week after design completion.

2. Sodacoo Sparkling Water Machine – Inclusions

Each machine includes:

  • 1x Carbonator Pro
  • 1x 1-Liter Carbonating Bottle (BPA-free)
  • 1x CO2 Cylinder

For usage and warranty details, please refer to the product packaging. Studio 83 is not responsible for repairs or warranties on the machine.

3. Bottle Lampshade

The Bottle Lampshade does not include a bottle. Customers must prepare their own bottle for customization.

4. Shipping

  • Free local shipping is included for all completed products.

5. Warranty and Refunds

  • No refunds or exchanges for customized products once production begins.
  • For defective products on delivery, please contact us within 3 days.
  • Warranty inquiries should be directed to the product vendor.
