1.Canvas
1.1 Customer can redeem one standard canvas not larger than 60x80cm of size for every 4 lessons Art Pass, if customer would like to purchase additional canvas for use during painting session, the price will be based on our shop canvas retail price.
1.2 Unused Canvases after package expired or all lessons finished cannot be redeemed.
1.3 Canvas(es) included in package can only be consumed inside studio.
2. Painting Storage Service
2.1 New and Existing Art Pass customers can enjoy painting storage service according to the following arrangements.

2.2 Repaint/DIY/Trial/Single Lesson Customers can enjoy painting storage service according to the following arrangements.

2.3 The Artwork Storage Service fee will be charged on the day when the artwork is picked up.
2.4 Studio 83 attaches great importance to protecting customers’ artwork, however Studio 83 will take no responsibility if the artwork is damaged by any means.
3. Package Validity
3.1 Purchased package is valid for use within the validity period, expired packages after validity period will no longer be able to redeem lessons.
3.2 Package validity period will be commenced upon package purchase.
3.3 Customer can purchase Package Validity Extension service in order to extend the validity date of the package, this add on service can only be purchased and applied to your package before the expiry date of the existing package. Service fee is 1 month = HK$200, 2 month = HK$300, 3 month = HK$500 per package or 6 month = HK$800 per package.
4. Painting Session Arrangement
4.1 Package can only be used by the same person. Package cannot be shared with another person.
4.2 Reservation in advance is required, if the customer cannot attend any reserved session, please kindly contact us by email or phone 24 hours in advance, if we do not receive any cancellation request for booked session, the session will be deducted from customer package.
4.3 Studio 83 reserves the right to arrange another art consultant to host the session without prior notice.
4.4 Repaint service is available for customer to paint apart from the regular course schedule, HK$100 per hour will be charged for this service.
4.5 Artwork transfer service between Central and Kwun Tong is available at the charge of HK$100 per artwork per transfer.
5. Refund
5.1 All packages/products purchased cannot be redeemed into cash.
5.2 Studio 83 reserves the right to update class schedules and art consultants, therefore no refund will be granted if for such reasons.
5.3 All refund requests must be made before the expiry date of the purchased package, please bring the original receipt, credit card receipt and credit card to our shop for a refund.
5.4 10% of administration fee will be charged if customer packages have not yet started and within 7 days of package purchase date.
5.5 3% of extra credit card service charge will be deducted if customer has paid in credit card.
5.6 If a package has been used, 50% of the package amount will be refunded after deducting the session already used.
5.7 If the package is expired, no refund can be made.
5.8 Should there be any dispute arise, the decision of Studio 83 shall be final.
