Job Description

**Job Duties and Responsibilities **

– Know how to teach elements of design and principles of art on coaching

– Professional knowledge of using Oil / Acrylic Paints

– Instruct students in the proper use and maintenance of materials, equipment and tools 

– Develop instructional strategies to achieve the art curriculum goals and building art portfolio

– Demonstrate and assist students to use different techniques and media to develop artworks aligned to their artistic abilities

** Education and Experience **

– Bachelors degree in Fine Arts or equivalent

– Solid working knowledge of the concepts, activities and techniques related to teaching art

– Ability to communicate concrete and abstract concepts to students

– Ability to spot and cultivate creativity

– Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
